Thanks Vaughn. So, I got all 3 bushings in successfully, light tapping is all it took. The flange slides over the left side all the way easily. BUT, the right side wants to just push the bushing out. The old and new bushing both are .030" thick. The fork diam is 0.76, and the bore in the bell housing is 0.806". So that's why it's a tight fit. But, it fit with the old bushing, which is the same thickness. So i'm puzzled.
Any suggestions? There's a slight chamfer on the end of the fork. I could try making that more shallow so it would squeeze the bushing against the bore and keep it from moving.
Thx!
