How low is "low"? 20lb.? 10lb.? 5lb.?

Does it indicate a higher pressure at startup and gradually decrease as the engine warms up? It sounds as if you have not actually driven it, but if you have, does it indicate a higher pressure at road speeds and then drop significantly when stopping and idling?
