No Spark

Issues with spark,
I have a 49 FFPW converted to 12 volt with alternator.
I have 12 volt all the way to the coil, but no spark out to the distributor.
I tested the coil and cap. on my tractor and It ran well.
I replaced the distributor cap, rotor, plugs, plug wires.
Points are set at 17-18.
What am I missing??
Hope someone can chime in that had same issues and solved the problem.
