My Ford has an automatic transmission, so no pto winow. The pto is mounted on the transfer case. I put the TC in neutral, engage the pto, then use the transmissiohn to control the winch.
But a Power Wagon transfer case has not pto window.
Maybe it was used to run a pump for a dump bed?
