The search function in Phil�s archive is not working well. I returns very little data compared to what is use to. Almost to the point it is ineffective. I searched on 20� wheels and it returned just a couple of related post plus a lot of non related posts. It seems to be returning hit on posts with a 20 in the date stamp.
It should have returned posts on the conversion of 20� Chevy truck wheels and other earlier posts. It basically returned only one thread on 20� wheels. There is a lot of information out there that the search engine is now missing.
I noticed that that the search function uses Google. That is probably the problem. The search output format has also changed and is far less effective. There is no ranking or implied matching like the previous versions. This change seems to be a giant step backwards.
