I have look at Jerry's image a bunch a times as well and it didn't dawn on me to look at it. Here is a company that makes cables to specifications of the customer. You might want to have some #1's or 1/0 cables made for your truck. I've always understood both 6V and 12V battery cables should be #1's but rarely are installed as OEM cables, and if you have a lot of electrical stuff on the truck then you go with 1/0 battery cables which is the same size as 1/0 welding cable. The cable you have looks to be a size 2 or 3. When I did my conversion, I used #1/O welding cable for the "+" wire and #2/0 for the "-" wire only because I bought #2 cable by mistake.
