I installed mine by myself. Second pair of hands is nice getting started but then I had to listen to my wife telling me a better way to do it, (I hate it when she's right) An Ice pick is great for punching holes for the screws. The hardest for me was the top of the roof, missed a little punching the holes so used a washer to cover the mistake. Haven;t even thought about it until this post. If I remember correctly, which is harder these days, I started with back around the rear window since it was a good locator point and put a few screws in to hold it without the cover then fit the front by the windshield with several screws. move to the door openings. Once you have it located, remove screws in one location and install the retainer trim piece, I don't remember for sure but there might have been some minor trimming required but you will figure that out. Good luck, not the toughest job on these trucks bur sure makes it look good when you are done. I was looking for pictures and I found one that shows I put the Fat Mat on the ceiling as well.
