Thanks Jerry. I did some more digging and here's the general consensus:

Dodge, head bolts, 60-65 ft lbs, also saw 65-70 ft lbs
Dodge, head studs, 50-55 ft lbs

Some people say that the threads in the block get a little loose over the decades as the head is removed and reinstalled, so they recommend the lower torque spec. It makes sense to me. The last thing I want to do is strip out a head bolt.
