look on the vin tag on the drivers door post, it probably has dana 44f in front and dana 60 in rear and the gear ratios are listed too most likely 4.10 I will roll 38" tires with no problem off road in low range bigger will cause trouble unless you have 4.89 or 5.38 gearing...
