Dodge Flathead Six engine and transmission removed from M-37 during conversion to diesel. I'm told the 6 cylinder truck engine ran "fine" by the fellow who removed it for the conversion/restoration. I have turned the engine over with a socket wrench, so it's free. It was "civillianized" some time in the past, but still has the 24-volt starter.
The engine and transmission are strapped to a pallet and have been stored inside. The engine has a brass depot rebuild tag. The top casting of the transmission is dated 1954.
Located in Lower Michigan. I can assist with loading on your truck or trailer but will not ship the engine or separate the parts.
