I agree with you. My two sons started coming to work with me when they were 6 and 8 years old. They helped in little ways until they could be given more meaniningful assignments. Now one is a custom homme builder and the other specializes in remodels. They often help each other with their projects. The common thing I hear is there are hardly any young men out there who actually want to learn how to work in the trade. Most kids grow up on a keyboard these days.
