Wish I had a scanner, but here are the measurements off of 51 cab.
From body seam below lights, holes are 1 1/2" (seam to center).
From edge of door, rear hole is 3 9/16" to center, center hole is 4 3/4" to center, and front hole is 5 1/2" to center.
Front and rear holes are 1/4" and center hole is 1/2".
Make a template with a piece of matboard or equivalent and compare to hole and studs on cowl light cups.
